Support and maintenance

Software support, maintenance and evolution

Delivery is not the end of the project. After launch, we stay with your company so your system, website or app keeps running securely, stays up to date and evolves with your operation. We offer it as a monthly plan under contract, scoped to what your system needs, so your investment keeps its value over time.

What’s included

  • Technical support and issue resolution
  • Security and component updates
  • Monitoring, backups and uptime
  • Improvements and new features in stages
  • Performance optimization
  • Training for new users

Ideal for

  • Companies with a solution in production
  • Projects that keep growing after launch
  • Teams without in-house technical staff

Why maintain your software

A live system depends on components, servers and external services that change over time. Without maintenance, vulnerabilities pile up, integrations break and every urgent fix costs more than preventing it would have.

A maintenance plan keeps your solution secure and current, and gives you a team that knows your system to handle incidents and improve it as your operation changes.

How the plan works

It is formalized with a contract and a monthly fee. Scope is set for your system: support hours, security updates, monitoring, backups and small improvements. We review the plan periodically to adjust it.

We also support systems, websites and apps we didn’t build: we review their current state first and propose the right plan.

How we work on it

We listen to how you work today, what holds you back and where you want to go. We leave with a clear direction.

  2. 02

    We prioritize

We define what creates value first. We also tell you what doesn’t need to be built.

  3. 03

    We build and expand

We deliver in stages, measure the result and leave a foundation ready to grow.

Questions about this service

Do you maintain systems built by others?

Yes. We start with a review of the code and infrastructure, and propose the plan’s scope based on it.

Is the maintenance plan mandatory?

No. It is optional and you can start it at any time, though we recommend it for any system in production.

Are new features included?

Minor adjustments can be part of the plan; larger new features are quoted as an additional phase.
